At BAZZ Smart Home, we stand behind the quality of our smart lighting and security solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the smart home devices you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, mounting hardware, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the functionality and condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
